Care connect specialises in support and services relating to: acquired brain injury (abi), indigenous services, housing support, dementia, children's and young people's packages, autism spectrum disorder, aged and disability, and preventative and transitional care. Care connect's specialist in-home support-teams can help people: navigate the health system, assess a person's needs to determine which services and supports they require, and tailor an individual support plan to suit individual requirements. Of prime importance is building each person's capacity and confidence in leading an independent life at home and in the community by ensuring support requirements are identified, met and monitored. Staff members are committed to providing a respectful service that values the rights of each person and their support networks. Care connect's approach to community care is collaborative, inclusive and accessible. With offices in new south wales, service delivery, advocacy, case management and care coordination, assessment and planning, carers and older adults access information services and support, adults, special interest groups, young people, care connect supports children, queensland and victoria, and carer support. Care connect receives funding from the commonwealth government, victorian government and nsw government to provide community-based services.

She has over 20 years’ strategic marketing experience in important service organizations, including Medibank and Bank of Melbourne. Sally comes to Protection Join with a proven track record in building strong brands, developing innovative marketing strategies and customer relationship programs. Renee has over 20 years experience in mainly generalist Human Resources roles across professional services, gaming and entertainment and retail. Andrew has over 25 years’ financial management experience across a range of industry sectors including workforce management, technology services, leisure and entertainment, financial services and manufacturing.
