Everything is optional so you may simply just relax in front of the fire or doze on the sun deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air if you like. Counselling is available in a holistic approach to a healthy mind at delvin for those who require it. Healthy organic meals are served and guided forest walks and mild exercise will get the body activated. Guided spiritual meditation and gentle yoga is such an enlightening experience for the mind body and spirit.
