The structure is fine and soft with the long, tidy acidity characteristic of a Cabernet dominant wine. The palate is creamy and textured with instinctive acidity providing structure and persistence to a long savory finish. This wine displays lifted berry fruits, spice and licorice characters.The richly textured palate is fruit sweet and generous with soft velvety tannin on the finish. Tastes of white peach and a nice acid balance result in a glossy refreshing finish. Will match perfectly with casual food, Ore dinner canals, seafood and mild cheeses.
